Dope is a north american industrial metal band created in New York, in 1997.
Unlike many popular bands of the 1990s, Dope derived their influences of hard rock bands like Guns N 'Roses, Kiss and Mötley Crüe and merged with the sound of industrial rock, which was hit earlier this decade, such as Nine Inch Nails, Ministry and Skynny Puppy.
